Here we go 2020!

We have for a long time dreamed of seeing more of the UK and travelling around making new memories. This dream has become more important than ever in recent months and so we now need to make it a reality.
We are currently planning our journey and will travel up the left side of the map first, heading off some time in March. We will reach Scotland sometime in April and will spend some weeks there. We are also planning to take the "The Jacobite" steam train across from Fort William to Mallaig and visit some of the islands while we are in Scotland.
Then we will be travelling down the right side of the map and along the way spending some time on a boat in the Norfolk Broads. We are hoping that we can make it right down to Kent before winter. We have for the moment excluded the South Coast as we have both made many visits to this area over the years.
During the winter months, we will spend some time at home and some time in the milder climates abroad, providing the price of travel insurance is still viable.
All being well, we will be planning our next journey through Wales and Ireland ready for 2021.
